Kola Peninsula. Varzuga village. The road to here was built not long ago. Priest Mitrofan used to command ships on the Northern Fleet, now he reconstructs the temples of the Kola Peninsula. He and other inhabitants of this distant Pomor village ponder how the outside world influences the originality of the village. How can they survive in the modern world without losing something that has been on these Northern lands for ages?
